These Terms govern your use of myPropIQ — the website at mypropiq.com.au, the myPropIQ iOS and Android apps, and any related services we operate. myPropIQ is operated by JM2T Consulting, an Australian sole-trader business (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a legally binding contract under Australian law to use the service. By signing up you represent that this is the case.
You are responsible for your account credentials and for any activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or applicable law.
You may cancel your subscription or delete your account from the Account page at any time. If you cancel a subscription you keep access until the end of the current paid period. If you delete your account it is queued for permanent deletion at the end of any active paid period (free accounts use a 7-day grace window). myPropIQ provides independent property research and analytics. Nothing in the service is financial, investment, legal or taxation advice. PropScore™ is a proprietary research index and not a financial product or recommendation. AI summaries are generated by a large language model and may contain errors. You should obtain independent professional advice — from a licensed financial adviser, buyer's agent, conveyancer or accountant — before making any property investment decision. Past suburb performance does not guarantee future results.
Reports draw on government, public and licensed third-party data — including the Australian Bureau of Statistics, Valuer General offices, HTAG Analytics, OpenStreetMap, Infrastructure Australia and Google. We use this data in good faith but make no warranty as to its accuracy, completeness or currency. Data points may lag the real world by weeks or months.
PropScore™ and all associated algorithms, branding and original content are proprietary to JM2T Consulting (operating myPropIQ). You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use generated reports for your own personal property research. You may not resell, redistribute or sub-licence reports, screenshots or excerpts without our written permission. Third-party data within reports remains the property of its respective licensors.
Don't attempt to reverse-engineer the platform, scrape data at scale, interfere with the service, or use it to harm others. We may rate-limit or terminate accounts that abuse the platform.
We aim for high uptime but the service is provided “as is” without uptime guarantees. We may make changes, add or remove features, and schedule maintenance windows.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JM2T Consulting (operating myPropIQ) is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from investment decisions made using the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes any consumer guarantees that apply under the Australian Consumer Law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
If we make a material change we will notify you via email and update the “last updated” date. Continued use after the change indicates acceptance.
